A.   Interview Your Realtor
 

And, who said you just have to interview just one realtor ... interview more.  Make sure you connect with the realtor who will be selling your house.  Be comfortable with your choice.

 

B. Determine Top Dollar
 

Request a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) from your realtor.  But be careful here... have you ever heard of "Buying a Listing".  Listing your property high is not always the best way of getting top dollar!

 

C. Know Your Ideal Conditions
  What is important to you?  Quick closing date, washer and dryer that works unlike any other and that you would rather part with your children then... and conversely know what isn't important to you.  Not in a hurry to sell, husband's work bench can stay... you get the point.
